Who can use the AI features within PerformYard?

Our AI features are for Enterprise license holders. If your company has an Enterprise license and has opted into using our AI features, anyone at the company can use our features.

Which AI model does PerformYard use?

We leverage the Anthropic Claude 3.5 Model and use the Amazon Bedrock service to host the model.

Is any of my data shared with 3rd parties? Is my data stored or saved anywhere that isn't PerformYard?

We take data privacy seriously. When you use our AI features, your company's information never leaves our secure ecosystem. All data processing occurs within our infrastructure, with no third-party sharing or external storage at all. Your data is only accessible to authorized users and is protected by our comprehensive security protocols.

Do you capture company data to train your own generative AI model?

No. Your data is not used to train AI models of any kind. 

Is my organization required to use PerformYard’s AI-powered features?

No, your organization is not required to use our AI features. By default, all AI features are disabled for Enterprise customers. If interested in exploring our AI capabilities, your organization can selectively enable specific features through the Administration page, where you'll find dedicated pages and controls for each AI feature we offer.
