Review Coaching Setup

Introduction

With a PerformYard Talent Development license, administrators can customize Review Coaching to fit their organization's needs. PerformYard's Form Building Coach helps admins create stronger, more effective review forms by providing AI-generated improvement suggestions as forms are being built. Rather than relying solely on their own judgment, admins receive targeted feedback in the moment, helping ensure review forms are clear, well-structured, and set up to capture meaningful feedback. Administrators control whether this feature is available to their organization through a single setting.You'll find this under Company Settings → Coaching → Reviews.

Enable Form Building Coach

Administrators can turn Form Building Coach on or off for their organization using a single toggle. When enabled, admins of the organization receive improvement suggestions from PerformYard as they create review forms. Disabling this setting will remove PerformYard's ability to improve admin-created forms, meaning admins will no longer receive AI-generated feedback during form creation until the feature is re-enabled.
