Generating Survey Insights with the AI Assistant (admin)

Introduction

With a PerformYard Enterprise account, a PerformYard Surveys license and the AI Survey Insights Assistant enabled, you can transform the responses submitted by participants into clear, actionable insights in a matter of minutes. By analyzing the questions asked and patterns across the responses submitted, the assistant identifies the overall sentiment, key themes, outliers, notable responses, actionable recommendations, and demographic insights to provide you with the "big picture" and direction forward - saving you the time and labor that would've otherwise been required to analyze and identify this information manually. 

Disclaimer:   This feature uses artificial intelligence to generate insights based on the survey content and participation. While it aims to provide concise and accurate overviews, these insights may not always capture all nuances or context from the survey questions and responses submitted by participants. Please look over all participant responses alongside any generated insights to ensure proper interpretation and decision-making.

Survey Insights

Once the AI Survey Insights Assistant is enabled, you can generate insights by navigating to the Results tab for the desired Survey Detail page. Once an Open survey has received at least one participant response, a blue AI Insights button will display towards the top right corner of the Questions Table.

Once you click the AI Insights button, the AI Survey Insights Assistant will begin analyzing all responses received at the time of generating. If the survey is Open and continuing to receive responses, re-summarizing the insights will ensure the AI Survey Insights Assistant incorporates the most updated set of participant submissions. You can continue to view existing insights or re-summarize results even after the survey status has changed to Closed.
