Employees Without Active Goals
Introduction
Having clearly-defined goals across your organization is critical to the success of meeting professional objectives. Another critical part of being able to meet professional objectives is the ability to track goal progress and know when team members have accomplished their assigned goals. For detailed reporting and filtering on the progress of your organization's goals, building goal reports in Reporting & Analytics is an extremely helpful tool (more information on goal reports can be found here). For identifying which team members have accomplished their assigned goals and need new ones created, using the Employees Without Goals page in the Company Info > Goals section is the best option.
Viewing Employees Without Goals
To get started, navigate to the Goals page in the Company Info section of PerformYard. On the left hand side, click the Employees Without Goals tab. Here, you are provided with a list of all employees who do not currently have an active public goal assigned to them.
As employees complete their goals and new ones get created, the page will update accordingly. When an employee does not currently have an active public goal assigned to them, their name will be listed in the table along with their group and manager information. You can easily create goals for employees featured on the list by clicking the Create Goal button in the top right corner of the page. Once an employee has at least one active goal assigned to them, they will no longer be listed in the table.
To find a specific team member, enter the employee name in the search bar. Users can also sort the table by column header. Clicking on an employee or manager's name in the table will redirect you to that individual's dashboard page in PerformYard.
You can also export the list of employees by clicking the Download CSV button in the top right corner of the page. This is a helpful option if you'd like to conduct additional analysis outside of the platform or share information with other team members in the organization.
