Getting Started with Meeting Workspaces
PerformYard Meetings does not require administrative configuration, so employees will be able to begin setting up workspaces to document meetings right away. It is important to introduce the feature to the your team, so employees understand the expectations and functionality.
Communication
Communicate how you want employees using the meeting workspaces. These workspaces are great to document meetings such as:
- 1:1 check ins between managers and their team members
- Meetings to collaborate between two employees on a specific project or initiative
- Coaching or mentorship conversations
Setting expectations for the types of conversations that employees should document using meeting workspaces and providing context for why documenting the meetings will benefit their ongoing conversations will likely encourage higher usage of the feature.

We’re excited to announce that we now have the option to document ongoing meetings in PerformYard using Meetings Workspaces. This feature will allow us to collaborate and capture meeting agendas, action items, and ongoing feedback (shared and private) before, during, or after meeting.
This feature is designed for meetings between two individuals and will be a great fit for our [1:1 process, coaching conversations, project check in process, etc]. You can begin using PerformYard to document meetings right away. Before your next [meeting], please plan to:
- Watch this brief training video
