Submitting Survey Responses
Note for Admins: Survey responses are subject to your company's session timeout settings, which are configured in the Authentication tab of the Administration Home page. If a participant's session expires before submission, their answers will not be saved. Consider extending your timeout duration or informing participants in advance if you suspect the survey may take longer to complete.
Once the survey is Open, participants can access and complete the survey. If the survey was set up to be shared via email, the participant can access it by opening the email from PerformYard Surveys (surveys@send.performyard.com) and clicking the Take This Survey button within the email body. If the survey was not shared via email, make sure the link is copied and sent to participants through the desired channel. Please note that a participant can only submit one response per survey, even if some questions were left unanswered to a survey. After submitting, participants will be redirected to a Thank You page with options to return to their dashboard or logout of PerformYard.
At this time, the PerformYard Surveys module does not support the ability for participants to receive a copy of their responses or access survey questions after submitting a response. If a participant tries accessing the URL again, they will be directed to the same Thank You screen displayed after responding to the survey.
