Every employee has access to the company directory and organizational chart via the Company Info link. The Directory includes up to four columns of data about each employee, in addition to the employee's display name and profile picture.

The Org Chart is created based on the manager-employee relationships that are defined in PerformYard, and then include (by default) the employee's name and title.


An administrator has the ability to customize both the directory and org chart. From the directory, click "Change these columns" on the right hand side; from the org chart, click "Change these fields." Doing so will allow you to select the data fields included in both.


Select those fields that you want to appear using the drop down lists. For the directory, you can choose any four data fields and do not need to select the Display Name as the first option as it will automatically be included (though if you do, it will not appear twice). For the org chart, we recommend using display name and one additional field. Click "Save" to commit the selections.


Note: Display Name will include the employee's nickname and last name, allowing you to include that rather than selecting first and last name separately.
