Each group in PerformYard can have its own status report enabled. This will be in addition to any organization-wide status report that is enabled. To initially set up a status report for a group, navigate to the Groups page in Administration. Select the name of the group for which you want a status report form and then select the Status tab.



If the report has never been provisioned, you will see N/A for the last update and the number of questions. To proceed with creating and enabling the report, click on the name of the report. Here you will follow the same instructions for managing status report questions and frequency as you did for the organization-wide one.


Note that if both a group and organization-wide status report are enabled, employees in that group will have two status reports to complete. These may be on different frequencies and include different questions, but both will be submitted to the employee's manager.
