Status reports allow employees to report general progress on a regular basis. Each organization (or group within an organization) defines its own questions and the frequency for how often status reports are completed. Based on that frequency, PerformYard generates a new status report for each employee.
Click on the Status Reports tab where you are defaulted to the Outstanding Reports list. The list on the right will display all status reports that you have for completion, including the report for the current time period (called In Progress if you have not submitted it) and any overdue status reports. This list is filterable based on the name of the status report and your submission status, as well as sortable by date.
Click View next the report you want to complete, then answer the various questions posed in the status report.
Click Submit to submit your status report to your manager. Use Save for Later to store your answers for completion at a future time without submitting them.
